Henri Smith has been thrilling audiences in his hometown of New Orleans, the birthplace of Jazz, with his sophisticated and dramatic vocal delivery of Jazz, Blues and Cajun flavored music. Henri was a radio personality on 90.7 FM - WWOZ - in New Orleans for many years. He frequently served as emcee at The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival which is one of the greatest music festivals on this planet, and has performed there with the Kermit Ruffins Band.
Hurricane Katrina wiped out his home in New Orleans and Henri moved to Massachusetts where he now lives and performs music throughout New England. Henri Smith is available for shows for any type of venue and private party. He is willing to travel world-wide.
